Wednesday Track Sessions

We train on the track at Eastbourne Sports Centre on Wednesday evenings at 6.15pm.This is a structured and fully coached session. This normally consists of a warm up, some running drills and a structured session typically about 5K in length.

Monday Road Session

We also have a coached club run session on Monday nights leaving at 18:30 from the Dolphin Centre reception in town. This session usually involves a short warm up and a structured session run either in the park or on the road.

Both sessions are suitable for all abilities – so feed free to turn up and give it a try.

UK Athletics Affiliation

Although many of our members are also in local running clubs you can affiliate to UK Athletics through Darlington Triathlon if you wish ( which gains you discount on UK Athletics races ) but this is totally optional. This also allows you to take part in the club ballot for a London Marathon Place.

Cross Country

We usually enter mens and ladies teams in the NYSD Cross Country race series (see Facebook page for details).
