New to triathlon or aiming for a P.B? Below is our schedule for weekly training. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.


Swim

Monday

6:30pm - 7:30 pm @ Branksome

Sunday

4pm – 5pm — Intermediate
5pm - 6pm — Development
6pm - 7pm — Advanced

We currently meet at Branksome School every Sunday for our main session, and are currently running a one hour swim on Mondays. The cost is £2.50 per swim, but multiple-swim cards can be purchased; five swims for £10 or ten swims £18.


Bike

Wednesday

Spinning @ The Dolphin Centre from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Cost is £3 for members, £4 non members.

Sunday

We meet at Stapleton Green every Saturday at 9am.

Each ride usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours (from 20 to 40 miles), for the longer rides we will aim to have a café stop to refuel so everyone makes it back together!


Run

Thursday

Skills sessions held at Eastbourne track from 6:15pm during November.

Sunday

9am - 10am — Fell Running

New for winter - avoid the icy roads and head for the hills! Please email/ring for directions, routes will be posted on the site or emailed around the week prior to the run… all abilities welcome!

5pm - 6pm — Run from Branksome pool

Depending on ability/conditions etc these can vary from speed work (fartlek), drills and endurance sessions.
