There’s a hard core group of members training at Girsby Village Hall on Wednesdays at 6.45pm (set-up
from 6.15pm). Cost £2. Two club turbos available but be sure to book. This can be done through the Darlington Triathlon Club Facebook Page.
The Clubs Coached swimming sessions take place at the Education village on Tuesday Evenings:
18.30 – 19.30 – Beginner/Development
19.30 – 20:30 – Intermediate/Advanced
Sessions cost a fee of £3 per person per session. Pay and register before you swim

For those of you who want to do some background reading into swim technique have a look a the Swimsmooth website. This is a fantastic resource with computer/video analysis, training advice and skill development. Whether your a beginner or advanced swimmer this website will have something for you. Get studying and see you at training!
Club members meet At Broken Scar Car park 8am Saturday Mornings. Please ensure you bring everything you will need for the maintenance of bike, food and drink for on the bike and a small amount a cash if there is a coffee stop. Please note Everyone is responsible for their own safety.

Each ride usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours (from 20 to 40 miles), for the longer rides we will aim to have a café stop to refuel so everyone makes it back together!
