We train on the track at Eastbourne Sports Centre on Wednesday evenings at 6.15pm.

We have a coached club run session, normally Monday nights at 1830 from the Dolphin Centre (details on the Facebook page).

We also have a team in the NYSD Cross Country race series (see Facebook page for details).

Tuesdays at the Education Village: this is our main swim night, spread over two hours from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Cost is £4 payable poolside. Please sign in before you swim. Please note, both sessions start promptly so make sure you are in the water in good time.

We have Sunday swims at Longfield School pool out of race season.

Saturday Club Bike

Club members meet At Broken Scar Car park 8am (9am in Winter) Saturday mornings, mainly organised on our Facebook page so check for latest details. Please ensure you bring everything you will need for the maintenance of bike, food and drink for on the bike and a small amount a cash if there is a coffee stop. Please note everyone is responsible for their own safety.

Each ride usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours (from 20 to 40 miles), for the longer rides we will aim to have a café stop to refuel so everyone makes it back together!

There are usually two groups (numbers dependant) to cater for faster/slower paces.

We show good bike etiquette, making sure new members are supported – and don’t leave anyone behind.

New Turbo Sessions

Organised club sessions are on most Saturday mornings (details on Facebook page) during the winter period.
