OPEN WATER SWIMMING ELLERTON LAKE TOMORROW (3PM)
We have a group of around 15-16 looking forward to this familiarisation session with coach Neil Bowers. It will suit new open water swimmers and more experienced members alike.
The session starts at 3pm – please note later start time – and will last for around one hour. Thanks to Georgie and the BTA for arranging this.
ANYONE FOR AN AQUATHLON?
Michelle C is hoping to put on a club aquathlon at Ellerton lake on Sunday evening (May 30). If you would like to take part, please email Michelle C with your estimated 400m swim time and 5k run time (as a cumulative total). Michelle is willing to run this as a handicap if there is sufficient interest.
She is also looking for people willing to volunteer as spotters and timekeepers. Michelle will be at Ellerton for the taster session tomorrow and we’ll circulate more details asap.
