Sunderland aquatics centre visit
Thanks to all those who joined us last weekend for a great day out at the 50m pool. There is a lot of interest in doing this trip again, so we will get it sorted.
Christmas party Walworth Castle, Fri Dec 12
We are booked for 7pm to eat at 7.30pm. The bar and the disco are on until 1am. We are in the King James suite, which is upstairs.
Does anyone want to share transport? Ideas welcome.
Longfield Sunday Dec 14
Sessions are back to normal at Longfield:
4-5pm Intermediate
5-6pm Development
6-7pm Advanced
LUCOZADE presentation at Longfield, Sunday
Tommy Craig from Lucozade will be making a presentation at the pool on Sunday timed at around 5pm to catch as many people as possible. He will be giving advice on sports nutrition/hydration as well as giving out some free Lucozade samples.
Saturday Dec 13 Bike Ride
From Stapleton at the later time of 9am (more practical on dark mornings).
Spinning at the Dolphin Centre
Now every Wednesday between 7.30pm-8.30pm so make a date in your diaries. Thanks to all those who supported the first session yesterday.
